Production Worker OpportunityParallel Employment is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Production Workers! If you are seeking a hands-on job in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the production process, including operating machinery, assembling products, and conducting quality inspections to ensure that all products meet company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operations.Must be able to handle small parts with a high level of care, ensuring minimal breakageAssemble products according to specifications and maintain accurate records.Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and cleanliness protocols.Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and efficiency targets.Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.Wage: $16 per hourShifts Available:1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 12:00 AMRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to read and write in EnglishPrior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.Ability to operate machinery effectively and adhere to safety protocols.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer#ind456
