Hiring Production OperatorsWe are seeking reliable, safety-focused Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Casper, Wyoming. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality conduit products used in critical infrastructure across the country. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and being part of a team that values precision and consistency, this is a great opportunity.Location: Casper, WyomingPay: $20.25/hrShifts: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AMKey Responsibilities:Operate downstream equipment including cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machineryMonitor product quality and ensure all materials meet Dura-Line specificationsPerform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipmentMaintain accurate production and quality recordsAssist with line changeovers and setupFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaCommunicate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and team membersWhat We’re Looking For:Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (including every other weekend)Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift, bend, and stand for extended periodsMechanical aptitude or prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not requiredJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casper, WY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
