Seated Production WorkerOur client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Seated Production Workers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and good manual dexterity.Location: Clear Lake, WIPay Range: $15 - $21/hr Depending on Experience Shift: 1st (6a-2p, Mon-Fri) 2nd (2p-10p, Mon-Fri), 3rd Shift (10p-6a, Mon-Fri) and Weekend Shift (6a-6p, Fri/Sat/Sun)What's the Job?Perform basic masking/demasking and inspection tasks using methods and materials as specified in the designated processes using small hand tools, microscope and/or other support equipment.Inspect own work for quality compliance.Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when required and appropriate.Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance.What's Needed?Looking for candidates with strong work historyMust clearly speak, read and write English.Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions, short correspondence and memos.Ability to communicate uncomplicated data, instructions, production results, quality issues and similar subjects both verbally and in writing.Ability to perform basic math functions.What's in it for me?Opportunity to learn new skills and develop professionally through the masker certification program.Starting Pay of $15 - $21/hrPotential for growth and advancement within the company.Weekly Pay with Direct DepositIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
