Job description
Production WorkerPerforms various, unskilled production labor duties at any/all Foods locations as assigned by Supervisor by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.Mathematical Skills Ability to count.Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception.Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions.The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.Bachoco USA reserves the right to conduct background screenings for positions deemed necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.
