Job description
Production WorkerNordic Fiberglass is the leading manufacturer of fiberglass products for the underground electrical industry. The Production Worker will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for making quality fiberglass products for the Electrical Industry.Job Responsibilities:Ability to produce products at 100% of daily production ratesRead and interpret work orders and engineering printsTrim and roll product using hand and power toolsMaintain accurate production recordsInspect material, products, or equipment for defectsMust keep assigned area clean and organizedOther responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededJob Requirements:Ability to learn and follow manufacturing processesManufacturing or construction experience preferredKnowledge of basic math and measurementsAbility to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team membersAbility to lift and push up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the dayCompensation:The hourly pay rate is $25.00/hrWhat CRH Offers You:Highly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRH:CRH has a long and proud heritage.
