Job description
Production WorkerJoin a dedicated team that plays an important role in producing safe, high-quality food products. We are hiring Production Workers to support a variety of roles in a cold storage food manufacturing environment with strict sanitation standards. Positions may include fast-paced line production work or more physically demanding roles involving heavy lifting and material handling. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and a team-based environment.Starting at $15.00/hourFirst Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (depending on department)Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PMMonday–Friday scheduleFollow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.Operate production equipment and complete assigned tasks accurately.Handle, lift, and move materials safely as required by the role.Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.Monitor product quality and follow detailed work instructions.Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production flow.Ability to work in a cold environment for the duration of the shift.Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.Willingness to perform either fast-paced line work or physically demanding tasks involving lifting and movement.Paid training provided with opportunities for advancement.Supportive, team-focused work environment.Competitive starting pay at $15/hour.Stable Monday–Friday schedule.
