Successful Production Workers ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently and are able to identify opportunities to enhance production efficiencies without compromising quality. Workplace safety is a core value and production workers play a vital role in our safe operation and processes.As a Production Worker you must be willing to work multiple shifts, weekends, and overtime in our heavy industrial environment.Essential Functions:Operate both small and large mobile equipmentOperate cranes using a remote radio control box or in an overhead cabWork with a team in the various facilities to produce world class plate products. Some tasks require routine interaction with computer interfaces.Assist and support routine maintenance activities
