(Someone who likes to do arts and crafts or clay modeling would work well).Plastic moldingElwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Production worker details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 17.00 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)**Schedules:** $17 an hour ($1 differential for 2nd shift) 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM **Responsibilities:** As a production team member your responsibilities will include:You will work with equipment such as silicone material, clicker presses, lathes, ovens and other equipment, as requiredSafely utilize sharp tools such as razor blades, scalpels, scissors and other tools as requiredAdhere to company policies, standard work procedures and job safety standards, including required PPESupport preventative maintenance program effortsAccurately input data to the ERP system or time sheetsProduce products within specifications and production requirementsMaintain product identification and traceabilityPerform other duties as needed or defined by management for the position. Ability to use measuring tools and basic math skillsStrong communication skills and team player attitudeComfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneelingAble to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and follow safety protocols per OSHA regulationsProduction worker qualifications:•May need to work weekends as needed or during high-demand cycles •Background check and drug screen required with THC Disqualify If: •Unable to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, for safety reasons.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
