Production WorkerJoin a well-established Medina manufacturer that produces sanding and abrasive products, including sandpaper, belts, and discs used throughout the metal, glass, automotive, and construction industries. We are seeking dependable Production Workers with manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work, maintaining quality standards, and working in a fast-paced production environment.Schedule1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMMonday-FridayKey ResponsibilitiesLoad sandpaper and abrasive materials into machines while ensuring proper alignmentMonitor production to ensure consistent quality standards are metCarefully align and join sandpaper ends to form looped beltsStack and nest groups of paper according to specificationsCut sandpaper into smaller strips and belts using a foot-pedal pressMeasure and verify cuts using a ruler and basic math skillsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeFollow all safety rules and production guidelinesQualificationsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accuratelyBasic math skills and ability to read a rulerReliable attendance and strong work ethicManufacturing experiencePay & Benefits$20.00 per hourMonday-Friday scheduleEligible for a full benefits package after a 90-day evaluation period
