Production WorkerNow hiring for a Production Worker Location: Harahan, LA Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Must be available for overtime and weekends as needed) Real Work. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsPrevious experience in a manufacturing, bottling, warehouse, or production environment preferred Experience working on production lines or in high-volume labor roles is a plus Familiarity with safety procedures and food/beverage manufacturing standards preferredJob DutiesSort, inspect, and stack empty crates, shells, trays, and returnable bottlesRemove shrink wrap from shell pallets and place materials into recycling balesSupply shells to production lines to maintain continuous operationsRemove empty shells from production areas and transport them to staging locationsPerform repetitive lifting and handling of materials up to 50 lbs.Maintain clean and organized work areas, conveyor systems, and storage zonesMonitor shell flow and report shortages or line issues to supervisorsAssist with production line startup and shutdown activitiesFollow all safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirementsOperate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipmentSweep floors, remove debris, and clean work areas throughout the shiftSupport additional production and warehouse duties as assignedPhysical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, and work continuously throughout the shift Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and stack up to 50 lbs.
