Production WorkerLocation: Orangeburg, NYPay rate: $ per hour (based off of experience) plus 10% shift differentialShifts: 2nd shift12:00PM-8:30PM2:00PM-10:30PMPosition SummaryPerforms basic filling and packaging functions, and formulations as required, in support of Coagulation, Clinical Chemistry and Critical Care product lines; uses automated and manual methods in accordance with established Quality standards and CGMP's.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the setup and operation of filling, labeling, capping and packaging equipment. Responsible for the routine preventive maintenance, general troubleshooting, and general cleanliness of filling, labeling, capping, lyophilizing and packaging equipment.Maintains all production areas in a clean and orderly manner which is consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.Completes work orders in an accurate, complete and detailed manner.Performs all duties assigned in safe manner consistent with Company safety policies.Performs other duties as required.RequirementsBackground screeningReliable transportationHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust have a minimum of 6 + months in a production environmentBenefits (employee contribution):Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
