Build the Future of Renewable EnergyWe're seeking motivated Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team in Pueblo, CO. In this role, you'll play a key part in the production of wind turbine tower sections used to support clean, renewable energy projects across the country.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, fabrication, or other hands-on industrial environments who enjoy working with tools, equipment, and large-scale products.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble wind tower components according to production specifications, blueprints, and work instructionsUtilize hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and production equipment safely and efficientlyPerform quality inspections and identify defects or necessary correctionsOperate forklifts, bogies, cranes, and other material handling equipment as neededMove and position materials throughout the production processConduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance concernsFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspaceCollaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standardsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredMinimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, construction, or a related fieldExperience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentAbility to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production drawingsComfortable lifting, moving, and working with large components in an industrial environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyForklift certification or material handling experience is a plusAbility to work a rotating schedule and overtime as neededWhy Join Us?Competitive pay with shift differentialsOpportunity to work in the rapidly growing renewable energy industryStable, long-term employment with career advancement opportunitiesHands-on training and skill developmentModern manufacturing facility with a strong safety cultureTeam-oriented environment focused on quality and continuous improvementApply Today!Join a company that is helping power the future through renewable energy.
