Production Worker - Aerospace Manufacturing
Biddeford, ME | Contract-to-Hire | 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Pay & Shift Options
1st Shift: $20.00/hour
2nd Shift: $22.00/hour
What You'll Do
Assemble aerospace components following detailed work instructions.
Perform production tasks with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Learn new manufacturing processes and develop valuable technical skills.
What We're Looking For
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable standing and working on your feet throughout the shift.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanford, ME.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
