Job description
Sash Line OperatorUnited Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Sash Line Operators to support production for a window and door manufacturing facility in the New Martinsville, WV area. This role focuses on assembling window sash components and preparing units for final production.Key ResponsibilitiesAssembling sash frames using cut vinyl or aluminum componentsInstalling glass panes into sash framesApplying glazing bead or sealant to secure glassOperating pneumatic tools, rollers, or corner welders (depending on line design)Inspecting sash units for squareness, seal integrity, and defectsLabeling and staging completed sash for transfer to final assembly linesMaintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstationFollowing production quotas and safety proceduresMeet daily production goals in a team environmentShift & Pay$12.00/hourMonday– Thursday / 8:00 AM -7:00PMOvertime required based on production needsPosition RequirementsAbility to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasksLift, push, and pull 50–75 lbs. as neededComfortable working around machinery, hand tools, and assembly equipmentGood hand eye coordination and attention to detailAbility to read measurements and use basic tools accuratelyFollow safety procedures and wear required PPE (closed toe shoes, safety glasses; gloves optional)Reliable attendance and dependability requiredWillingness to work overtime as production demands increasePreferred ExperiencePrevious manufacturing or assembly experience helpful but not requiredComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentTeam oriented with strong work ethic
