Production AssociateJoin our dynamic team as a Production Associate and contribute to the creation of environmentally sustainable outdoor living and home exterior products. This role involves working with recycled materials to help our customers bring their outdoor spaces to life.ResponsibilitiesUnload parts or products onto pallets.Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements.Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating.Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.Ensure production deadlines and goals are met.Essential SkillsExperience in production, general labor, and packaging.Proficiency in inspection, loading/unloading, and production line operations.Familiarity with machine operating and use of a tape measure.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious manufacturing experience is a plus.Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.Why Work Here?Work with a company that values its employees and offers strong opportunities for advancement, including roles like machine operator and lead positions. The schedule includes a 1st shift from 5:45am to 6:16pm on a 4x4 rotating schedule at the Keyser location. Orientations are scheduled on Mondays at 3:30pm, with a training schedule from 4pm to 12am for 2 weeks before transitioning to the 4x4 schedule. The company operates two buildings within 5 miles of each other, each supporting a different business unit.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scranton, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
