We're actively hiring multiple production team members—so if you're motivated and ready to work, this is your opportunity.What you'll be doing:Clean, inspect, and maintain production equipment and components.Assist with machine changeovers, installations, and setup.Operate overhead cranes safely and effectively.Monitor product quality and collect production data.Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement.Maintain clean, organized workspaces (5S standards).Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental guidelinesYou'll play a hands-on role in maintaining quality and keeping operations moving.Other duties as assigned.What we're looking for must-have:Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand toolsAbility to work in a production environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work as part of a teamPreferred:Manufacturing or equipment-related experienceProblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to learn quickly and complete training successfullyWhy choose Manpower?
