Production Workers - Alsip, ILOur client, manufacturing operations is seeking a Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Workers, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations.Job Title: Production WorkersLocation: Alsip, ILPay Range: $21.22Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM – Mondays thru Fridays – some SaturdaysWhat's the Job?Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality, and complete housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area.What's Needed?Ability to follow Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.Willingness to consistently follow safety policies, including correct PPE use and safe equipment operation.Comfort working in a production environment that requires physical tasks such as loading/unloading.Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks.Commitment to housekeeping and keeping the work area organized and safe.What's in it for me?Opportunity to build experience in production and equipment operation.Clear expectations with Operational Standard Work and supervisor direction.Hands-on role that supports quality and safe, efficient operations.Stable weekday schedule with some Saturdays as needed.A team-focused environment where safety and quality matter every day.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
