Production WorkersProduction WorkersNow hiring production workers for fast paced warehouse.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Production Workers Details:Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 to $18.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Sunday through Saturday)Production Workers Duties:Assemble building product components according to work instructions.Use basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.Load and position materials for production.Inspect parts and finished products for quality.Package finished products for shipping.Keep work areas clean and organized.Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.Meet daily production goals.Production Workers Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDPrevious manufacturing or assembly experienceAbility to use basic hand and power tools.Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions.Basic math and problem-solving skills.Ability to stand for a 12 hour shift.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.Strong attention to detail and quality.Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime if needed.Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
