Pressing & Finishing OperatorPositions Available: Pressing & Finishing Operator - 2nd, 3rd ShiftStarting Wage: $20.50 - $25.00, plus10% shift differential for 2nd shift20% shift differential for 3rd shiftPerfect Attendance Bonus = $250.00 per monthQuarterly Production Bonus = 0% - 9% based on company performanceBenefits of the Job: Benefits start on First Day! Health, Dental, Vision Vacation - 2 weeks Holiday Pay - 9 paid company holidays Floating Holiday Full-Time, Year-Round positionResponsibilities of the Production TeamSet up, maintain and operate equipment. Inspect parts as required Verify starting material and supplies are dimensionally correct an operation Log all transactions into the computer Deburr material Prepare material for subsequent processing Complete all necessary paperworkRequirementsEligible to work in the U.S and meet ITAR Requirements.Must be able to pass a general skills exam.Proficient in computer work and the ability to be a self starter.Previous manufacturing/production factory experience ideal but not requiredAble to lift up to 50 pounds or greaterStand sit or walk for extended periods of time, up to the entire shiftBe able to tolerate typical manufacturing environment, including noise, dust and/or heatAble to read and write in English is a must
