A law firm seeks a Products Liability and Mass Torts Associate in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in complex litigation and trial preparation, with a strong ability to manage multiple significant matters simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Engage in complex litigation and trial preparation.
Draft and edit pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
Conduct witness interviews and depositions.
Participate in arbitrations and trials.
Take a leadership role in case management.
Requirements
4th to 7th year associate with relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in motion practice and discovery management.
Comfortable handling multiple significant matters.
Clerkship experience preferred.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in California.
Skills
