What You'll Be Doing
Lead and support products liability litigation matters
Draft briefs, motions, and discovery responses
Conduct depositions, expert interviews, and oral arguments
Work on multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated proceedings
Manage document review, production, and case strategy
Handle causation and failure analysis
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of products liability litigation experience (REQUIRED)
Strong experience in legal writing and case management
Exposure to complex litigation or MDL environments
Excellent communication + team-first mindset
Bar admission in CA, CO, WA, or NY
