You'll design projects, teach hands-on across a range of mediums, and support fellow teachers so every group stays engaged, on-task, and safe. Comfortable across multiple craft/trade disciplines — jack-of-all-trades energy welcome
Strong classroom management and safety awareness (tools, kitchen, materials)
Some experience mentoring, training, or supervising other staff/teachers

Patient, encouraging, and genuinely excited about creative exploration
