In-Home Caregiver$16–$18/hrSYNERGY HomeCare of the West Valley is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.We're looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We offer a variety of schedules based on caregiver availability and current client needs, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours.What You'll DoAs an In-Home Caregiver, responsibilities may include:Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingMobility and transfer assistanceMeal preparationMedication remindersLight housekeepingCompanionship and supervisionTransportation and errands when required by the care planAssistance with other activities of daily living based on the client's needsPay & Scheduling$16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualificationsPart-time and full-time opportunitiesDay, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be availableFlexible scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needsOvertime and qualifying holidays paid at time-and-a-halfThis is a W-2 employee position.Benefits & PerksAccess to health benefits for eligible employeesOn-demand payFlexible schedulingOne-on-one client careOngoing training and professional developmentSupport from a local office teamRequirementsApplicants must:Be at least 18 years oldBe able to pass all required background screeningsHave reliable transportation and regular access to a vehicleHave a valid driver's license and current auto insuranceBe dependable and able to arrive to scheduled shifts on timeBe comfortable providing care in clients' homesComplete all required onboarding documentation and trainingPrevious professional caregiving experience is preferred, but applicants with relevant personal caregiving experience are encouraged to apply.Ready to make a difference one client at a time?
