What You’ll Do:
Lead a small team of house cleaners at each job
Deliver high-quality residential cleaning services
Ensure every home meets Molly Maid standards
Provide excellent customer service and communication
Complete checklists and required paperwork accurately
Keep your team on schedule and working efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and dependable attendance (this is a must)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lead and support a team
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Integrity and accountability in customers’ homes
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (ability to drive company car)
Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday
Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, cleaning all day)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay & Benefits:
$450–$700 per week (based on performance and experience)
Paid time off (up to 10 days per year)
