nWhat You'll Do
nAs a Professional Housing Consultant, you will:
nnnGuide customers through the home-buying process from initial consultation to closing.
n
nnSell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes along with financing solutions.
n
nnBuild relationships with prospective customers and identify their housing needs.
n
nnGenerate new business through referrals, networking, and social media marketing.
n
nnPromote homes and communities through digital marketing and community outreach.
n
nnEducate customers on financing options and assist with the loan application process.
n
nnCoordinate with office staff, lenders, and management to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
n
nnMaintain product knowledge on homes, floor plans, financing programs, and lenders.
n
nnParticipate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
n
n nQualifications
nWe're looking for individuals who are:
nnnBilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
n
nnConfident, persuasive, and customer-focused
n
nnCompetitive and motivated by performance-based income
n
nnComfortable building relationships and closing sales
n
nnProfessional with strong communication skills
n
nnTech-savvy and comfortable using social media for business development
n
nnOrganized with strong follow-up skills
n
nnAvailable to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)
n
n nSales experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.
