Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Professional Liability Attorney for a hybrid or remote position in New York City, NY. This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to expand professional experience in professional liability litigation.
Duties
Represent clients in professional liability litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
Manage case files and track billable hours.
Requirements
Current and active Bar membership in good standing in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC, and/or CT.
Prior professional liability litigation experience preferred.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LexisNexis.
Familiarity with case/file management systems.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Bar membership in relevant jurisdictions.
Skills
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
