Job Opportunity: Professional House Cleaner
Two Maids & A Mop of Manassas seeks reliable, team‑oriented individuals to work as professional house cleaners in a 2‑person team, following our proven Two Maids system.
Responsibilities
Travel to customer homes to perform routine and special cleaning tasks.
Provide top‑quality work and customer service, communicating effectively with clients.
Work cooperatively with a team member and follow company instructions and systems.
Maintain a clean, rust‑free vehicle and keep it insured.
Undergo and pass a background check.
Work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm; no weekends or holidays.
Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license and reliable, well‑maintained vehicle.
Ability to travel with a properly insured vehicle each workday.
Willingness to receive and provide professional feedback.
Ability to work with diverse personalities and lifestyles.
Prefers to be on time rather than perfect and late.
Pay & Benefits
Hourly pay $12.00–$14.00; average weekly earnings over $500 based on performance.
Mileage reimbursed at the company rate.
Paid on‑the‑job training, all supplies and equipment provided.
