Maintenance Technician – Commercial & ResidentialWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for commercial and residential properties. Having your own tools and/or a work van or truck is a plus. Responsibilities include:Drain clearing and plumbing repairsSheetrock patching and repairsToilet repairs (wax rings)Shower and faucet valve stem replacementBasic electrical troubleshooting (non-licensed scope)Door, lock, and hardware repairsBasic HVAC maintenance (filters, thermostats)Preventive maintenance and work order documentationPreferred Qualifications:Construction or remodeling experienceExperience in commercial or multi-unit facilitiesAbility to work independentlyRequirements:Preferred 10+ years maintenance experienceValid driver's license with Van or Work TruckAbility to pass background screeningAbility to lift up to 50 lbsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay (based on experience)Steady, year-round workProfessional environment with growth opportunitiesCompensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
