We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and career-minded Professional Nannies to provide high-quality, in-home childcare for families throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Bucks Counties.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children
Plan educational, creative, and recreational activities
Prepare healthy meals and snacks
Assist with homework and developmental learning
Maintain children's daily routines
Perform light housekeeping related to the children
Transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments when required
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing home environment
Communicate professionally with parents regarding the children's daily activities and progress
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every family's home
Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year of paid childcare experience caring for children who are not family members (required)
Experience as a Professional Nanny, Childcare Provider, Preschool Teacher, Daycare Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator preferred
Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
High School Diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Dependable, trustworthy, patient, and compassionate

Pre-Employment Requirements
Final candidates must successfully complete the following before hire:
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check (PATCH)
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
FBI Fingerprint Clearance (if required)
Current TB Screening (2-Step PPD or QuantiFERON -TB Gold Blood Test)
Three professional references (non-family members)
Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9)
