Who we are looking for:
We're looking for a motivated, creative, and design-minded Sales Professional to join our growing team and serve homeowners throughout the northside of Indianapolis.
Territory:
Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield, Fishers, Noblesville, Whitestown, Geist, and surrounding northside Indianapolis communities.
What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners to understand their vision and help design beautiful, functional living spaces.
Collaborate with our in-house design team to turn your concepts into professional 3D renderings.
Prepare detailed project quotes, present proposals, and guide customers through the sales process.
Help homeowners select layouts, finishes, materials, and products that complement their homes.
Build strong customer relationships while managing projects from initial consultation through signed contract. Qualific

A genuine passion for home design, architecture, and creating beautiful spaces.
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Someone creative, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Experience in residential construction, remodeling, interior design, or home improvement sales is a plus.
A strong eye for detail and the ability to turn a homeowner's ideas into a cohesive design.
Expected Year 1 Earnings: Base + Commission = $100-125,000
