Our culture is simple: work hard, play hard, serve customers at a high level, and keep raising the bar.What You'll Be Responsible For:Review jobs and routes for the dayArrive prepared with proper equipmentCommunicate ETAs and expectations with customersTravel safely and efficiently between jobsExecute high-quality window cleaning using proper safety techniquesDelegate tasks when working with a teammatePlace Glide signage at each job sitePerform detailed touch-ups and a final walk-aroundCommunicate results and feedback to customersMaintain equipment and keep vehicle clean and organizedReport vehicle or equipment issuesSecure vehicles, keys, and equipment at the end of the dayWhat We're Looking For:Strong work ethic and attention to detailProfessional communication and customer serviceComfortable working independently and on a teamReliable, punctual, and accountableCoachable and open to feedbackWants growth, not just a paycheckGrowth & Opportunity:We promote from within.
