Bilingual Program Administration AssociateAging Well Adult Day Health – Marlborough, MAPay: $16.00 per hour + Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMDo you enjoy helping others while keeping an office running smoothly? At Aging Well Adult Day Health, you'll play an important role in supporting our participants, families, and staff every day. If you're organized, friendly, and bilingual in Mandarin, we'd love to meet you!As a Program Administration Associate, you'll help ensure our center operates efficiently by providing administrative and program support. Responsibilities include:Maintain and update electronic records and program documentationTrack participant time and attendanceRecord meal counts and assist with Federal Food Program paperworkHelp coordinate participant transportationFile, organize, and retrieve records and documentsSort, assemble, and distribute mail and other materialsAnswer phones, direct calls, and take messagesGreet participants, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitudeAssist with copying, faxing, scanning, and other administrative projectsSupport daily office operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracyFollow company policies and safety guidelinesContribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplaceWhat We're Looking ForFluent in Mandarin and English (preferred)High school diploma or GEDStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic computer and data entry skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsDependable, caring, and able to multitask in a busy environmentWhy Join Sevita?At Sevita, we believe everyone deserves to live well.
