Facilitate and coordinate release planning activities such as outlining tasks, identifying gaps, and tracking solutions needed for a viable release.

Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews within two weeks of a production release and document effectiveness, outcomes, and lessons learned.

Maintain a program documentation library and track progress against Operational Objectives.

Support business process improvement based on stakeholder needs, missions, and operational constraints.

Collaborate with internal program leadership on product requirements and problem-solving that impacts stakeholder needs.

Contribute to Program Strategy, Release Plan, and Post-Implementation Review Report deliverables.

Use Agile/Jira and Confluence workflows to manage requirements, backlog, and release documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years supporting federal program/product management.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience with release planning, requirements gathering, and Agile/Jira-based workflows.

Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.

Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability/public trust determination.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Desired Qualifications

Strong critical thinking, analytical and time management skills.

Proven ability to organize, prioritize and work well with others.

Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas and solutions logically both written and orally.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to receive feedback from clients and implement changes quickly and effectively.

Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues.
