The Leonardo DRS Land Systems business is a recognized leader in the design and integration of complex technologies into new and legacy systems and platforms for global military and commercial customers. We are a 6 year running Top Workplace in the Greater St. Louis area.
Business Unit:Land Systems
Location: West Plains, MO
Relocation Available: No Relocation Benefit
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 4/10 (Monday - Thursday)
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00am-4:30pm)
Job Responsibilities
Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for multiple and/or large complex programs
Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
Lead major coordination efforts for complex delivery schedules
Consult with management and customers on modifications for optimum schedules
Coordinate budgets across the program
Participate in vendor evaluation
Provide expertise on proposals to identify most appropriate methods to meet project requirements outlined in the Statement of Work
Assist with proposals efforts
Provide work leadership for lower level employees
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and related technical training with at least 8 years directly related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)
