Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Program and Planning Scheduling Analyst – Level 3 or 4 , to join our team in Promontory UT .

nThis individual will report to the Scheduling Manager and will perform detailed schedule analysis for multiple programs and contracts. In this role, the individual will make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.

nThis position can be filled at either level 3 or 4.

nIn this job, you will:

nnnPrepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:

nnEarned Value Management System (EVMS)

nnCritical Path Analysis

n

nnSchedule Risk Assessment (SRA)

n

nnSchedule Health Metrics and Performance Analysis

nnProvides weekly status and reporting

nnConduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits

n

nnOther duties as assigned.

nBasic Qualifications:

nnnLevel 3: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling.

n

nnLevel 4: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling.

n

nnWill consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

n

nnExperience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) scheduling software.

n

nnProficiency with MS Office applications and scheduling software such as: (i.e., MS Project, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Kidasa Milestones Professional, Deltek and SSI Tools).

n

nnFull understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and ability to implement on programs with varying contract types.

n

nnMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance.

n

n nPreferred Qualifications:

nnnProficient in Primavera P6.

n

nnExperience with resource loading Schedules.

n

nnExperience with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA).

n

nnActive U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.

nPrimary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00

nSecondary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00

nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
