Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Program and Planning Scheduling Analyst - Level 4 , to join our team in Chandler AZ .
nThis individual will report to Scheduling Management and will develop and maintain a detailed schedule for multiple programs, proposals and contracts. In this role, the incumbent will collaborate and make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, suppliers, and program management to meet execution and strategic goals.
nIn this job, you will:
nnnPrepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives (inclusive of resource and cost-loading) and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:

n
nnCritical Path Analysis
n
nnPerform Baseline Change Requests (BCRs)
n
nnSchedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
n
nnPerforms monthly status and reporting cycles
n
nnSubcontractor schedule integration
n
nnSchedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
n
nnConducts Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits
n
nnCollaborate closely with cross-functional program office and business management teams to ensure successful achievement of program and organizational goals. Inclusive, but not limited to:
n
nnWork with CAMs individually and in groups to analyze and potentially resolve schedule impacts.
n
nnPresents findings, impacts, and recommendations to program management.
n
nnPresent schedule data to internal and external customers.
n
nnWork with Finance team to ensure accurate cost and schedule integration.
n
nnReview and provide feedback on subcontractor schedules. Integrate schedule data while maintaining vertical traceability.
n
nnGenerate schedule-related reports for internal and external customers. Inclusive, but not limited to:

nnCritical Path Charts
n
nnCEI/BEI Metrics
n
nnHeadcount Profiles
n
nnCDRL/SDRL Submission
n
nnProvide informal training to program management, CAMs, business operations, and fellow scheduling personnel regarding scheduling compliance and best practices.
n
nnParticipate in process improvement initiatives.
n
nnSeek an understanding of the program's larger mission and how that aligns to the IMS and program performance.
n
nnOther duties as assigned.

nBasic Qualifications:
nnnBachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling - OR - Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling.
n
nnWill consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
n
nnExperience in Schedule Management.
n
nnProficiency with MS Office Suite (to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
n
nnExperience with running Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA).
n
nnExperience with resource loaded schedules.
n
nnFull understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and ability to support implementation on programs with varying contract types.
n
nnProficient with scheduling software (to include advanced experience in MS Project).
n
nnMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance.
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnExpert in MS Project.
n
nnExperience with Structured Solutions (SSI) Tools for MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
n
nnExperience with subcontract schedule management.
n
nnActive US Government security clearance.
n
n nYour Distinct Strengths:
nnnExperience working in a leadership capacity, including but not limited to team lead, project lead, or people leadership/managerial roles.
n
nnLeadership qualities with the ability to determine direction and a compliant path forward in dynamic environments, based on Scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
n
nnDemonstrated experience leading, motivating, and developing a team to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality results.
n
nnStrong attention to detail.

nnDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with peers.

nPrimary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00
nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
