Aurora Day Services Program AssistantYour new beginning starts here! Wage: $18/hr. We value employees that are passionate about making people smile every day by empowering them to live as independently as possible.Position Summary: The Day Center Services Program Assistant aids the operation of the Aurora Day Services to assure the delivery of timely, consistent, and quality day services.Duties/Responsibilities:Seek out opportunities for community/social integrationHelp consumers plan and prepare their choices of fun events and outingsAssisting with self care-Medication AdministrationMeal Preparation/PlanningTransportation of consumersFollow individual service plansOther duties as assignedEssential Functions/Requirements:18 years of ageAcceptable Background Character VerificationValid drivers license and acceptable driving record for consumer transportAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
