Job description
ROLE
Lead operations of Team Cement’s grantmaking, overseeing assessment, disbursement, and evaluation stages.
Manage relationships with grantees, ensuring two‑way communication and receipt of regular reports.
Maintain and monitor the grantmaking budget and support annual planning.
Develop and update team policies and procedures to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the program.
Collaborate with peers and other ClimateWorks teams to support effective grantmaking operations.
Prepare briefs, budgets, communication materials, and other documents for external sharing.
Ensure knowledge dissemination through written communications and online/in‑person events.
Support the Cement + Building Materials Director and Program Manager in their responsibilities.
Participate in Global Industry Hub program team, ClimateWorks meetings, and retreats.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
2–4 years of project management experience in a relevant role.
Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.
Proficiency with business software such as Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Signal.
Experience managing grants or working with non‑profits
