Job description
Hebrew SeniorLife seeks a Program Coordinator for Assisted Living/Memory Care to plan and deliver resident-centered activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional well-being. In this per diem role, you will design daily and special programs, lead group and 1:1 engagement, and adapt activities for residents with varying stages of dementia. You’ll collaborate with nursing, therapy, and social work teams, communicate with families, and help track participation and outcomes.
