Job description
Hebrew SeniorLife is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator for our assisted living community in Dedham. In this role, you will design, schedule, and lead meaningful life-enrichment and wellness programs that support residents’ independence, dignity, and social engagement. You will coordinate daily activities, special events, and community outings; collaborate closely with nursing, social work, rehab, and dining teams; and communicate regularly with residents and families. The coordinator will manage calendars, vendors, and volunteers, track participation, support transportation logistics, and ensure programs meet regulatory and safety standards in a respectful, inclusive environment.
