Job description
Are you a leader who thrives on building connection, strength, and stability? We are currently seeking a Program Manager I to provide inclusive and engaging leadership for our residential and psychiatric programs.
You will ensure that every child and family receives care rooted in our values of respect, accountability, and integrity. By managing program operations-from staffing and recruitment to compliance and safety-you will play a vital role in ensuring our environments remain stable and effective.
Manage direct care employees, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and professional development.
Ensure program compliance with local licensing, accreditation, and KVC policies.
High School diploma is required.
A Bachelors degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, Education, Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a related field is preferred.
A valid drivers license and auto insurance are required.
Two or more years in a management role OR four or more years of direct care experience in a residential or psychiatric hospital environment.
A combination of management and direct care experience totaling at least four years is also accepted.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Capability to achieve proficiency in systems such as My Avatar, Citrix, and ADP, as well as program curricula like TST and PBIS.
