Program Coordinator For Provider Deployment And Advanced Practice Provider ProgramsFred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington. The Program Coordinator primarily works under the direction of the Medical Staff Office leaders. This position requires an individual who can contribute to the ongoing success of the programs and is committed to continuous process improvement. A team player with integrity, an ability to shift work priorities quickly, and who can also work independently and collaboratively will be integral to the success of achieving the mission and goals of the program. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to work in an environment that interfaces with multiple organizations, sites, and stakeholders, be professional, focused, detail-oriented, resourceful, agile, and responsive to program needs.ResponsibilitiesManage and complete incoming template change requests for providers in Epic.Assists with the management of MD Fellow templates.Supports the maintenance of provider roster.Administrative support to APP Program Leadership including calendar managementSupports onboarding and orientation of new Advanced Practice Providers and APP FellowsOrganizes and provides support for on-site and virtual APP meetings and lecturesSupports the maintenance of policies, data tracking, and program documentsPerforms administrative duties including supply orders, IT requests, distributing mail, reimbursement requests, etc.Assists with recruitment including interview coordination and preparation of materialsActively participates in upholding and increasing program morale and team buildingOther duties as assignedQualifications Required: High school graduate or equivalent.Strong organizational skillsAbility to review work with attention to detail and accuracy; to think critically about problemsAbility to work professionally and flexibly in a fast-paced and complex health care environmentProficiency in Zoom and MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel required. Experience with Smartsheet is preferred but can be learned on the job.Ability to work with initiative, use sound judgement, and prioritize concurrent responsibilities and demandsAbility to communicate verbally in person, on the phone, and in writing, in a professional, clear, and concise mannerDemonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in work and in interpersonal communicationDemonstrated initiative as evidenced by advancing technical skills, sharing knowledge with others, and taking on more responsibility, participating in continual learning.Ability to work independently and as part of a team as the situation requires, collaborating with multiple organizations, sites, and stakeholders.Ability to give and receive feedback, open to discussion on areas of strength and areas for improvement. Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's DegreeExperience with Epic softwareTwo years of work experience in an administrative role (clinical, medical, or hospital environment preferred)The hourly pay range for this position is from $31.26 to $44.51 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. Although Fred Hutch is not sponsoring most H-1B visas at this time, candidates who already hold an H-1B sponsored by another organization and are currently in the U.S. may be eligible for this position.
