nThe Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Strike Business Office is seeking a Financial Analyst to support proprietary contracts with a combined value exceeding $2B. The contracts require Contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) and use the SAP APEX, APEX EVMS, PRISM EVMS, and PMX tool suite.

nThis position is full-time onsite in Tucson, AZ.

nWhat You Will Do:

nnnMaintain contractual Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

n

nnDevelop and prepare quarterly Estimates-at-Completion (EAC) and support related financial forecasting

n

nnAnalyze EVM metrics and program performance data

n

nnAnalyze weekly and monthly costs incurred.

n

nnProvide cost and performance analysis to program leadership team.

n

nnCoordinate financial activities with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Operations.

n

nnPrepare financial reports, charts, and presentations for program and business reviews.

n

nnCommunicate financial and program performance information to internal and external stakeholders.

n

n nQualifications You Must Have:

nnnTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree in a related field.

n

nnExperience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting, including pivot tables, pivot charts, formulas, data analysis, and variance analysis.

n

nnExperience using Microsoft Word to prepare reports and program documentation.

n

nnExperience using Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare financial presentations and management briefings.

n

nnU.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

n nQualifications We Prefer:

nnnExperience with EVMS baseline development, implementation, maintenance, or surveillance.

n

nnExperience working with cross-functional organizations, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Operations.

n

nnExperience using SAP, including PRISM MRP.

n

nnExperience using the Raytheon Program Management (PM) Tool Suite.

n

nnExperience analyzing financial and quantitative data.

n

nnExperience preparing and presenting financial information.

n

nnExperience communicating with U.S. Government customers.

n

nnExperience managing financial activities with limited supervision.

nnnOnsite: Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

nThe salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

nRTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

nThis role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
