Job description

Position Summary and Expected OutcomesPerforms a range of technical and administrative duties for the program to ensure accuracy and compliance.Position DescriptionResponsible for data entry and databases for department ensuring accuracy and integrity of data entered; entering client information into the appropriate system and maintaining databasesConduct audits of client and/or customer electronic files to ensure compliance with funder and agency requirementsSupport partner agency staff to ensure data correction processes are followed and completedAnalyze system data to identify system errors, ensure proper revenue recognition and accurate billings to third party payersIdentify inaccuracies or abnormalities and report them to managementComplete reports for stakeholders per contract guidelines, to support evaluation and other requests as neededEnsure invoices are appropriate for final approvalProvide input for data quality improvement processesCoordinate special projects as requested in support of program goalsActively participate and serve as an agency ambassador during public activities and eventsOther duties as assignedGeneral Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to learn client related principles, healthcare or housing management and reimbursementAbility to work independently and with limited supervisionStrong attention to detail with ability to manage competing and time-sensitive prioritiesCollaborative team-oriented approach with willingness to support broader organizational needsStrong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skillsReceptive to feedback and responsive to coaching and directionEffective written and verbal communication skillsProgram Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesUnderstanding of data tracking and reconciliationKnowledge of quality improvement practicesKnowledge of legal, regulatory and compliance requirementsProficient knowledge of computer-based work applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, EHR and other participant tracking platforms and tracking/reporting databases).Minimum Job RequirementsWork Location: Glenway/HCANBachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education/experienceStrong computer skills and ability to learn new softwareValid driver's license and current auto insuranceEssential Functions/Physical DemandsPositional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Infrequent standing and walking. Frequent to constant sitting.Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching, handling and fingering.Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Occasional use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision.
