Job description
Prairie Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee the 24-hour operation of our Morris, MN program serving individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, brain injuries, challenging behaviors and mental health needs.
The role includes supervising staff, ensuring person-centered programming, maintaining records, and coordinating daily operations, with starting salary of $58,240 per year. On-site, full-time position with benefits and compliance focus.
