Job description
Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island is seeking a Program Director in Fitchburg, MA to oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home for youth with ASD/IDD, supervising residential staff and coordinating program planning.
You will manage budgets, integrate community-based experiences, and ensure delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services, with a 2-week orientation in Rutland, MA and MAPS certification within 6 months.
