Job description
Acacia Network is seeking a Program Director to oversee a licensed residential program and ensure quality care aligned with OASAS standards. You will supervise clinical and operations staff, manage budgets, and drive improvements through evidenced-based practices.
You will build partnerships with community providers, lead program evaluations, and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for executives and contract stakeholders. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.
