Job description
Turner & Townsend seeks a seasoned Program Director for Construction Projects in Menlo Park, CA, on-site with flexibility. You will lead a high-value TI and new construction program, managing portfolios typically from $30M to $100M with a focus on tech labs and workplace spaces.
A minimum of 10 years in GC/PM is required, plus strong leadership and analytical skills. The base salary range is $180,000-$200,000 with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
