Job description
Bryn Mawr College seeks a Program Director to lead the Philadelphia Affinity Group Network. In this hybrid role, you'll advance educator recruitment and retention efforts for educators of color, ensuring impactful affinity spaces and program success.
You'll manage program operations, collaborate with community partners, and implement strategic initiatives aimed at fostering a diverse educational workforce. A strong advocacy for racial equity and significant experience in education are essential for this critical leadership position.
The role requires regular travel throughout Philadelphia and offers a starting salary of $108,000 with excellent benefits.
