Job description
ResCare Community Living, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Director to lead IDD services in one to four community programs. You will oversee direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, and the physical environment to ensure high-quality services for individuals with IDD.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of related human services experience.
